Evergreen's children’s classes strive to build a foundation of Christian Education that will stay with each child as he/she grows into his/her own personal relationship with God.
Our class for children age 3 through the 5th grade meets during the 10a.m. worship hour. The teachers lead the children to SS following the Childrens Sermon, and bring them back to worship during the last hymn.
Youth (rising sixth through twelfth grade) meet from 11:15-12p.m. on Sunday mornings. Focus is on Bible Study as well as guiding and encouraging our youth to use their gifts for service to the church community and the world.
These classes are located in the Christian Education Building, and may be accessed by using the breezeway outside the sanctuary or from the Playschool entrance.
Literature & Religion Class
Gathers for prayers and reads through New Stories from the South, seeking the connections between Southern story and Scripture. Meets in room 204 in Education wing.
Men's Bible Class (Open to Everyone)
The class is taught by a rotation of teachers and discussion leaders. Currently, members are studying the "50 Greatest Passages of Scripture" Meets in room 202 in the Christian Education wing.
The Seekers Class
A disscussion based class in which participants read through the Scripture one book at a time. Led by Mr. Pete Harris. Meets in the church Parlor on the South hallway outside of the Sanctuary.

For anyone who is interested in joining the church, or if you are just interested in learning more about Evergreen Presbyterian Church. We exliore the church building, and its history, as well as hitting the high points of Presbyterian theology and government. Next class TBA (ask Rev. Traveler's Class
Team taught, this class delves into places where theology and everyday life intersect. Currently studying ideas by Marcus Borg and Phyllis Tickle. Topics are selected by a show of class interest and are usually focused on each individual’s faith journey. Meets in Room 205B of the Christian Education Building. Email Rev. Bible Study
We meet regularly to read and discuss Scripture together. We love finding out more about the history and culture of the ancient texts, and then finding ways the Spirit is making them relevant to our lives today.
