On Friday, December 7, 2018, the annual Christmas Edition of Beer + Hymn’s A Very Merry Beer & Carols took place at Midtown Crossing Bar & Grill. The gathering was filled with lots of Christmas carols, laughter, and beer. During the program, Anne Greenly spoke about her love for Beer + Hymns stating, “My five year old and I love coming to Beer + Hymns.” She continued, “I love to sing, even though I’m not the best at it. Singing with a big crowd of people in a bar is perfect.” Pastor Lucy Waechter Webb spoke about the practice of Beer + Hymns. She shared that the practice of singing together is rare these days, but it the power to transform us.
